These Terms of Service govern your use of the Calorie Bank website and mobile application. By using Calorie Bank, you agree to these terms.

Health and nutrition information

Calorie Bank provides calorie tracking, nutrition estimates and goal planning tools for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified health professional.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple account settings before renewal. Free trials, prices and renewal periods are shown in the app before you purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of information you enter into the Service. You may delete your account from within the app or contact us for support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We aim to keep Calorie Bank reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
